This stock is very thinly traded and has a market cap only 1/15th of Betmakers. Both companies provide technology to corporate bookmakers. Entain, parent company of Ladbrokes are 10% owners here, having previously been aligned with Betmakers. A little birdy also told me that Bet365 are now using Racing And Sports technology in preference to Betmakers. Betmakers at one time had a market cap of well over $1billion. Could a decent percentage of revenue that was once earmarked for them be heading the way of Racing And Sports?
