Did some work at abattoir in Griffith. During normal shift the molasses and grain fed beef would be slaughtered for the Japanese wagyu market and not sold in Australia. The night shift would get dairy cows that were no longer producing milk and slaughter for coles and woollies.
All grass fed from Gippsland and very good quality.
