    IMO it was not a fair price and I am annoyed that the directors went for it therefore denying all the long term holders such as myself any opportunity to get their investment back. Looks like it is a done deal and all PI's have been well and truly stitched up - hence reason I sold out yesterday all my holdings on the ASX and LSE. I will put the 30% return from my initial investment to use on other stocks in an effort to retrieve the 70% loss on ROC.
