Agree in part re management, but they could hardly have thought that the BOP would fail. Maybe it failed because they hit a pocket of high pressure gas or maybe it failed because it is old and worn out, who knows. But the waiting is painful and the company is in the same position as the rest of us.
Not that they haven't failed to get a SA farm in yet, or got the gov approval for the Maruja farmin.
