yes, yes, yes, I know I have to beat everyone else's bid - what I'm querying is the fact I'm not bidding against a person, I'm bidding against an AUTOMATIC response system. There is simply no way another hoon is outbidding me. Their automatic system is simply instantaneously upping the bid by $1 every time I make a bid..... it is not a true auction.... it's like there's a reserve price they don't tell you about
