I think some are missing the point here. Two weeks ago (15/9) they confirmed $21m EBIT. Now forecasting $11m (av). So it's fair to say, IMO, that 1/4 ($5m+) of $21m has happened in current qtr, thus leaves less than $6m for rest of yr.or $2m/qtr, annualised at $8m/yr. EBIT. Maybe $5m NPAT. Forward pe of 5.
With gas prices currently at giveaway prices I can't see SP settling much higher. It may bounce around a bit but IMO the SP will prepare itself for another fall. When TTN were increasing profits their announcements kept coming every 4 months or so of bettering EBIT. I feel that the opposite will happen here. We'll get two or more warnings in the next few months.
As for the 27m shares not absorbed by mums and dads, you only need to read HC to see that many here are just churning over for quick profits or losses. Ideal opportunity for that if you read the tea leaves correctly
