Rch has about 1100 rooms , fy14 average occupancy was 650 , it appears about 400 of those have been lost and the nectar business completely lost. Their average room rates are about $100 per room per night. That's totally unsustainable. This figure will drift closer to $50 . The Hofco business may be the only profitable business in the stable for a while.
