you've basically expressed my opinions also perfectly gregm. Disappointed at the deceptive way mgmt. went about things but ultimately pleased that things are moving forwards -- and hopefully things do speed up just a tad, that would be nice. I too am at a loss, have been for years now, and would like to see things turn around for a change.
