Owen - there were several options (4 we are lead to believe) for financing, and one would assume that TP chose the best available to meet the strategic outcomes of the organisation. TP's decisions wont necessarilly be the same as what other CEO's may have made (or what you and i may have decided), but i trust 100% that they are complimentary and relevant to the organisational goal of becoming a mid-teir producer of copper. We must think strategy.
