Returning travelers are indeed the ones to watch. But travel is so fast and widespread, it seems impossible to contain.
If one looks at the history of epidemics, people always blame religious and ethnic minorities. So we see again. But blaming the real culprit - the deadly little invisible virus, which exists on the border of organic and inorganic life - is more scary still.
