Hi Jarthur, you ask a valid question. I doubt anyone can give you an answer with reasonable confidence.

My take is that Ebola, while highly infectious, is not strongly contagious cf other viruses like flu. It seems to thrive in the hot wet jungle areas of west Africa but historically has never spread into the dry desert areas to the north and north-east. Why that is so is something the WHO been-counters and pen-pushers in Geneva should try to find out IMO.

I love AEE for its ore deposits. I hate it because of Mauritania's Sovereign Risk, and Sweden's reported aversion for U mining.

To mitigate this sovereign risk Mauritania is one of the guest countries at the G20 in Brisie in a few weeks. That could be the start of some special relationships to their great advantage.
