While our response has been ramping up recently, it seems the problem has been ramping up even quicker
Getting on top of a few hundred cases is much easier than 10 thousand.
Our responses take time to come into effect and by that time the problem has grown exponentially.
We need to target our response at a situation 10 times the current situation , otherwise we will always be a step or 2 behind.
