Ebola West Africa

Am I missing something or can the Ebola issue change the game for the likes of SDL. Building railways, port facilities etc need western engineers, skilled technicians of all types etc. Don't know how many are going to be keen to enter such an area. I know it's a good distance from Liberia but epidemics can soon morph into pandemics and I for one would think twice and would want plenty to venture there. I am open to being educated on this matter so please enlighen me someone.
