Westcott, using your criteria we should not be discussing anything to do with rail construction, port construction, financing, Ebola etc. We should deal with each of these topics on separate blogs dedicated to those areas. That's a ridiculous proposition as they all have relevance to the overall success of SDL and its future prospects of building a successful profitable mine in Cameroon. Banking has as much to do with mining as Ebola IMO. As stated on earlier posts its most unlikely that the bankers wont take the Ebola and other Geopolitical considerations into account when deliberating the risk attributes of the proposal before them.
