You are trying to play with words. Trying to twist things around to suite your self and your Ebola thread.
Of course Rail and Ports are to be included in the SDL thread, that is what we are waiting on funding for. Of course we discuss Cameroon and The Congo Republic, Steel Mills, Hydro Electric Dams, Gas Plants and so on. They are things that Sundance Resources will be using, and involved in. How does Ebola involve SDL, unless it gets big in Cameroon and The Congo Republic.
As Matt747 Said, there are a lot of countries closer to the Ebola hot spot than Cameroons far South/East Region where SDL projects are situated.
There are a lot of other countries that will be decimated before Cameroon if they don't contain this Ebola break out.
