- 267.9m CDIs at end of offer - 101.9m CDIs will be issues to part of offer/raise 110m - 101.9m CDIs won't be escrowed as part of IPO - 166m existing CDI - of 166m shares 7.4% won't be escrowed, 21% will be escrowed for 12 to 15 months and 71.6% will be escrowed for 24 months (From Page 7 of term sheet)
- 289.3m Market Cap undiluted bases that doesn't include options and warrants - 344.3m Market Cap fully diluted
news articles are good general info and most are done to promote an IPO, but you should do your own reading and research before investing (you might get away without it in Bull Market but will be found out in a down or side way market)
