Most interesting to read the top 20 shareholder list -11 of the top 20 don't appear to have been there there last year.

That is a serious re-positioning - some might have missed the boat while others seem to have taken their profits.

The good news is that others have taken their place and been willing to pay more.

Although EBT is much smaller than the companies to which it has been compared, one distinct advantage is the percentage of recurring revenue.

ALL and AGI would love to have anywhere near 50%.

You would suspect they (or others) would also like to hold a company that had 50% of its revenue virtually in the bank at the start of each financial year.

Even at $3, EBT could be considered undervalued.
