EBT is almost at the point where it would seem fairly valued on all the information currently available to us.

Yet there continues to be periodic spurts where most of the shares on offer at a reasonable price are being snapped up.

All this had happened with only one substantial shareholder announcement and none from the two main shareholders.

Still, virtually the only assumption one can make it that it is being set-up for someone to make an offer.
