re: takeover prospect. chart special? While no one knows who's buying or why among major players it sure presents as a technical analyst's delight.

Check out the cup and handle profile as the stock rose from low levels and then moved sideways with the requisite dip to confirm the rise.

I'm not big on tech analysis but I respect William O'Neill who declares this pattern as a top upside breakout predictor. Same pattern applies to PHY which I am happy to be shorting!
