I've seen companies over the years release price sensitive news...

I've seen companies over the years release price sensitive news at the same time announce a capital raising which immediately caps a sp rise on the original news. It beggars belief but happens obviously leading to excessive dilution that could have been avoided.

Lets hope that senorio doesn't play out here and new management can establish a new plan going forward, guidence and clear the air completely of this debacle, appoint the new CEO etc etc before a raising is conducted.
