eCare21 - what is that????

    I did some research after yesterday's company announcement on eCare21. According to dun & bradstreet and owler, ecare21 has 3 employees and a turnover of >$1m. In my view this does not justify even the headline of HMD#s announcement: "Partnership with leading virtual care platform eCare21 in US". There are many eHealth comapnies in the US with a turnover of >US$100m and some have even billions.

    I do not understand why ASX and ASIC are not performing realty checks on announcements of junior companies. In my view that was a totally misleading information.
