I'm pretty sure LinkedIn is the most accurate source. It shows Ecare21 has 18 employees in senior roles. They may have other employees in customer assistance or sales as well that may not have LinkedIn.

-A quick background shows that DMI had won multiple awards and was recognised as a global leader and the best user experiences agencies in Washington DC and Atlanta.
-LinkedIn shows that DMI has 1625 employees.
-Additionally, Dell and eCare21 have collaborated to create a VirtualCare solution that provides active real-time and asynchronous remote patient monitoring and telehealth capabilities through e.g. medication & care plan management
Imo, i dont think these two large firms would choose to partner with eCare21 if they did not see the leadership and capabilities in its technology.
It is a good start for HMD to be in partnership with a growing company like eCare21 to gain traction from the medical community and large health/tech firms.
