    Hey BT

The ECB BOE and BOJ printing 1.5+Trillion Euros in the last 4 months has taken some of the heavy lifting off Bernanke's shoulders!

US Federal Reserve will probably hold off from making the world economy too prone to hyper inflation in 12-18 months time. If the pace of US GDP growth does slow and inflation does remain below 2%, then we could see QE3.

To be honest, the ECB for 6 months reiterated "WE DONT PRINT MONEY!" We'll now they have done just that, and in a BIG WAY! SO it would really be best for everyone if QE3 was put on the back burner for 6 months and let the Euros Pounds and Yen do the work!

This is a LOT of new money floating in Global Financial Markets in the next 4 weeks, to be honest a little too much. The German Economic/Finance ministers are not happy
with the ECB after this weeks second money printing session!
Going to be a very interesting time! :)

    For Australia, this is great!

What is very exciting is that the Materials Sector is still significantly over sold!

We are still 25% down from the peak before the Japanese earthquake and tsunami!

As this "Hot Money" begins to flow in global banking system in coming months, and begins to accelerate shares, soft/hard commodity investments, there is significant upside in the market.

Especially the smaller end. Historically when the ASX200 rise by 20%, the mid caps rise between 50-100% depending on each company's own performance, while at our end of the market then increase in small caps can be significantly larger if the companies achieve targets and company making milestone events......

This is simply due to the liquidity in our section of the market. $20m worth of purchases in BHP wont put a dint in that share price, but $20m worth of purchases in a small cap like IndoChine, well you do the maths! :)

    Cheers Nectar
