ECE and another venture

Arafura Resources past 5 years $1.60+ now 4.7c

ECE have been heavily involved here for years so I am hoping these cowboys don't play the same games with TNG.

From ann 2012 where ECE re-entered with more capital as the SP crashed but I am sure there are many more moves in the background.

Mr Shao Yi added, “Our companies have executed an MOU which we hope will make it clear to the market that ECE has no desire to exert control over Arafura but wishes to act in the best interests of all shareholders.”

Anyone know of a way to see what footprint ECE has on Aussie Resource Stocks?

Also I find it very interesting that ECE or "China" Same Thing has buckets of Vanadium and buckets of Rare Earths in their own country and TNG and Arafura have big resources of both these commodities. They trying to ensure no more comes to market????
