referring to the article I conclude that ECE will use GBE as a platform and as a reference to get easier access to other foreign resource hopefuls. If GBE is performing well and if ECE treats us shareholders pretty fair ECE will shape up a good reputation in terms of shareholder value. Spot is on ECE but if they don't care about retailers and shareprice performance the boomerang will bounce back and no other resource beauty will sell itself to the Chinese.
