just depends on which way the votes go, however ECE presently holding 25% of shares holds little sway, when you are comparing WONG holding 51%.
51% is always a blocking/takeover stake, which ever way you want to play it as i understand.
This is going to be interesting now as we know there is a attempting spill coming.
Thats why i read the 51% as the only blocking/takeover stake here.
25% just falls short i would think.
