Seeing as your the one making these absurd claims wouldnt it be prudent of you to check and get your facts straight before posting a baseless ramp?
Under normal takeover rules you require a minimum of 90% so anything over 10% is a blocking stake
Even a takeover by way of scheme requires a minimum 75% acceptance so 25% is a blocking stake
this stock isnt going anywhere unless management can show they are going to diversify focus away from the dead end Rare Earths project
