Thats true but what i am talking about is a legitimate launch of a takeover by the 51% holder.
I havve already posted if you bothered to read there will be "jostling" and the first takeover offer will be rejected.

Its not that hard strauss without jumping up an down.
In any case dont buy..for me i am more than happy to pick up loose stock at half cash backing strauss.
