Nige where are you seeing the 79% downgrade in Perth?? I agree that $2 is a stretch but you put it on a 6.5% yield... it still offers 30c capital pickup plus a very attractive yield vs cash
As a comp - CLW trades at 5% for top tier assets
I personally would prefer to have exposure to Brisbane & Adelaide market than Sydney, Melbourne
