"in excess of $2" unrealistic i mean. the poster is a pro ECF, existing unlisted holder, note. NTA he forgot to mention its only $1.18 or so. That implies nearly doubling of the NTA to get in excess of $2.00. Thats simply not possible, the sector trades an average of 20% above NTA, and most have sydney/melbourne exposure. This does not- all in perth, canberra and brisbane where theres no real price growth. Perhaps the poster would've had more credibility if he stated a $1.50 price target or something more reasonable.
