It was one of the only interviews I've come across Eyal Ofar talking about Property.
I'd love to know his plans with ECH ...will he come again with a higher offer to secure 90.1%?and force T/O
wonder what attracted him to NZO/ECH ?? man of his wealth could have just went and soaked up a BPT etc
