My bet is that echo will do what they can with Brisbane licence offer (whilst maintaining treasury) and then announce a $billion on Gold Coast Jupiter upgrade if they lose to CWN Brisbane as plan B....thus a check mate deal

where would you rather gamble, Brisbane or Gold  Coast as a chinese tourist?...it could work out well for EGP especially if the ASF bid fails.
