What's interesting about the link JW is that it outlines cross claims. I'm no lawyer but from what I gather it looks like to me that ASH is involving these third parties as a cause of any alleged misinformation/ lack of info in the prospectus. I.e. they can only take advice from other parties.
If this is the case, and if proven to be the case, then any impact on ASH may be minimal, or at least mitigated. I suspect it would also help the share price too.
Note how DELOITTE TOUCHE TOHMATSU is named in the cross claim. As per the prospectus, they reviewed the integracom financial statements for the few years prior.
I do agree though, this is going to be a slow process. It could take years.
