Last year the had a business update early June. Hopefully we will get the same. We should get better updates given we don't get qtrlys.
We surely will get an announcement when the new person replaces Marc.
Re class action: seems to me that the average case takes about three years.....most of which are settled out of court. 1/3 cases appear to be lost by the funder too. So this could still take awhile and nothing may actually come of it. Hard to tell.
