my opinion. Low volume....day traders afraid of losing money. No faith long term. low volume indicates what you percieve.
Still going to pay 5%. I think they know they have to pay 5% if they are earnings positive and want to keep their institutional shareholders. (and thus share price) I don't think there are that many companies thinking of taking over ECX.....and that may play a part in some people's thinking.
