SDL aim to produce 35mtpa of iron ore

at $150/t revenue, the profit would be $2.5b per annum

divide this by 2 billions shares (whatever) and the EPS is $1 per share

share price target on PE ratio x 8 becomes $8

(note: I trust i have included my SDL calcs on the SDL thread. the above is mere guessing)

Currently analyst reports have GXY earning $50m to $65m net profit after tax per annum

if ECM can earn the same, the long term share price target on 1,100m shares, on a PE ratio x 12, is 65 cents
