I got an email from Stefanie. I have asked her about my 3 mails I have sent and she did not receive any. A bit strange so I have sent them again with all the details about the German new forum.


I just got her answer and this might be the reason:

Because we receive a huge number of global queries, our server has strict
email entry policies that requires that your server pings ours twice to add
you to the white list.

It appears that your server does not do this automatically and therefore
your third manual email was released. I anticipate that we will not
experience any further problems, and apologise for the delay.

FYI I am aware of your forum via other sources (Google alerts).
