A lot of drama llama's bleating on about this opposition. This is just part of the patent process and has zero effect that the patent application is still progressing. If companies released announcements with ever opposition to a patent application, we'd be sifting through a giant puddle of sh*t announcements each and every day.
As someone who has equal interest in RNU & EGR, for mine, this reeks of desperation on RNU's side. IMO.
