The same guy who suggested they work with Urbix (again), is the same guy who suggested RNU had ripped off other companies IP to develop their own purification process.
The worse case for EGR, we cannot license our IP to third parties if we are unsuccessful with upholding our patent.
It will be an interesting few months for RNU, EGR can continue with developing its project without the cloud of what purification process we will be using.
I really wonder the implication this will have with RNU's offtake partners, they just processed a 63t bulk sample to produce PSG for customer evaluation - including POSCO. Can you see POSCO signing a deal with RNU if in 6-12 months time they will need to purify its PSG with a different method?
