Ecommerce may not see the end of the malls

I found this article interesting and would love more discussion/info on URW in HC.

When the price was in the absolute doldrums last year in the height of the worlds first taste of COVID,
the market sentiment was that malls were dead or dying and everything would be done online going forward.

Article is about Scentre but is still interesting to see how NZ malls have performed at a time when they were closer to normality than a lot of the
rest of the world.
