I feel the soft update from the quarterly didn't provide shareholders with the real issues.

If there are refinery disputes continuing which is delaying the EFA then say so, if its new government regulators that need to be brought up to speed, then say so. To me this seems like the typical case of management not informing shareholders of what is really holding the process up, and Just because we are still inside the March deadline for EFA completion doesn't mean shareholders shouldn't be updated properly along the way.

The SML is the integral missing piece and shareholders should be full informed at all times. Right now there is a lack of information sharing from management and the SP is responding.
