Over 210,000 people have been confirmed dead from Covid in Mexico. The number that actually died from Covid in Mexico so far has been estimated to be double or even triple that number (nbcnews.com/news/latino/mexicos-covid-death-toll-estimated-600000-new-study-finds-rcna869) because so many die at home without being tested. In Australia, the number of deaths from Covid is 910. An AZS company representative would likely have to travel to Mexico to approve/report/confirm exploration activities to keep things honest. There are already quite a lot of Aussies stuck overseas that are waiting to return home because of capacity constraints on airlines and quarantine hotels as it is and so it is no wonder that AZS has put the Mexico projects on care and maintenance. I reckon there is probably no exploration team left in place in Mexico to do work anyway, since all were likely sacked to save money. Be patient!
