That would be the banks operating efficiently, honestly and making no money at all. More or less just providing a free service for all of us. For those of us who struggle to understand the complexities of borrowing then we have the right at any time to get out of what we've signed up for with no penalties. That would be great! Thanks.

There would be no 'rich bankers', and the living standards between the rich and the not so rich would be marginal.

Sneaky taxes would be abolished, we'll just have one tax, income tax!

Interest rates on term deposits and the like would be a minimum of say 6 percent, but variable, the less money you've saved the better the interest rate you get. While home loans and car finance would be around the one percent mark, with the proviso that if you get into financial difficulty you can get out penalty free (as previously discussed).

    No bankruptcies.....No foreclosures.....No repos - they're just not fair!

    Restrict house price rises.

No climate change activists, in fact no-one under the age of 30 should be allowed to have an opinion on anything as it upsets those crusty old farts who know everything.

Politicians would be stripped of their perks and entitlements and their pay rises linked to Centrelink increases, which leads me right into.....

No welfare.....the lazy bastards need to get out and get a job, after all we've paid our taxes and these free loaders are bludging off us!

No immigration, it's just a burden on our infrastructure.

We'll go back to pegging the Aussie Peso to gold so we're not at the mercy of the USA and China, and the fluctuations of said AUD$ will cease to exist. In fact we'll not indulge in trade at all 'coz we get screwed.

Give all the Unions the flick because their members make far too much money for far too little work and that results in the price rises flowing back to consumers. And lets not forget the kick backs corrupt Union officials receive. Go back to 36 hour weeks with permanent jobs, no casual jobs, if you work on Saturdays you double time, Sundays triple time. Get the auto industry back even if we have to pay 3 times as much for a sh!tty car.

Do away with ASIC, Fairwork, ACCC and the rest of 'em, they're all useless.
