Brilliant speech.

I've only had time tonight to watch half of it but I'll check the other half tomorrow.

I like how he is predicting the coming housing crash based on simple logic, the same logic that produced the previous stock market crash. And he does it with confidence, and as we now know his timing was spot on.

As you say Arch, a lot of what he says seems to be applying to the present stock market bubble as well.

Definitely recommended viewing.
