The Senegal govt have been complaining about a few licence holders not drilling and just holding onto their license while Far and the JV go about proving the find. Obviously this is being done due to lack of available funds and possibly to to increase the value of their licence due to proximity to Other finds.
Looks like government patience is running out for those holders and their licence could be up for grabs. Just my interpretation but I'm guessing a few might agree.
