This issue was not unearthed recently but rather only came into play once they had confirmation of inclusion into the Tomsk-SEZ.
Re AGM - must be held within a time frame from release of Annual Report which means November AGM at latest. Last year for some reason they asked ASX for time extension and late December was the end result.
