Why would anyone who thinks that Women in the Workforce should be treated fairly cannot see the benefits of this scheme and the good it will add to the Economy in the long Term.

When a Worker has a Sick Day they are Paid at the same Rate of Pay that they would get if they were still at Work.
Why are you not advocating that they be paid the Dole Rate or Workers Comp Rate which from memory is around 75% of normal Earnings and would be a massive boost to the Productivity and Revenue of Companies?

Secondly, why are no Labour supporters not mentioning the 17.5% loading that Employees are paid when they take Annual Leave. 17.5% of Normal Pay not a lessor Rate or the Same as everyone else.

I think working Women deserve every bit of this scheme considering that they are bringing into the World the next Generation of Workers and the Fact that most of the Money they will receive will end up back in the Economy at some stage.

Ppl is a Workplace entitlement and should be paid at the same Rate of Pay that is received when working.
