Any mug can manage the economy on the credit card mate
and the question is who is going to pay down the debt when we
reach $1.5 Trillion + another $400 billion of States & Muni debts
by 2025? (see current Comm & States' budget forecasts)
If a welfare person maxes out the credit card then that's irresponsible
but if our Government does that, then its considered great because
short term it minimises unemployment (poverty).
The welfare recipient would also say that maxing out the credit card
also minimised poverty albeit in the short term.
