Inflation MUST be considered an AUSSIE Problem...NOT LNP.. Not ALP......... Regardless of WHO was to blame, Excess MONEY was injected into Our Economy and Inflation Became "rampant".. 2019 onwards..... COVID CASH was instrumental in creating the spending rampage!
It is on going ---Wage Rises / Price Rises ------- Chicken or Egg?
Key policy MUST Be --- Tough on the population, BUT, lower "spending" is the only general economic solution for Inflation.
How is Lower spending achieved....Higher Interest Rates, stagnant Wages ---BOTH are extremely Unpopular.
The end result is RECESSION...... even DEPRESSION if it gets so bad.
and BTW...... Its GLOBAL = AUSTRALIA cannot avoid it.
