Its all a done deal, imho. Allison Deans became rich by 1-mil (performance bonus!!) to successfully banbkrupting company/s'hdrs and making rich PBL/KP. She will now be promoted in PBL to bankrupt PBL.
This was some unusual meeting I held:
* In the beginning only Allison announsed that Proxies have voted in favour? That means whatever talking here will be B...S.... Is it allowed??

* My gut feelings say on the floor all were not in favour then how some 85% of Proxies favoured? Feeling fishy!!

* From one side they said ECP is not doing well. On the other hand Board awarded performance bonuses to CEO and Employees. Where is ATSIC or ASA?

* Allison's Options are to expire on 2008 but with this arrangement she became 1m dollars rich today plus a lucrative job at PBL. I did not see wedding ring on her hand; may be prospective bachelors in waiting!
